PlayStation has 53 trophies because it adds Platinum, while Xbox and Steam have 52 achievements. Of those, 29 are hidden.

First-run checklist
Choose intended difficulty achievements before starting because campaign settings cannot be changed. Track relationship, combat, and mission milestones without opening hidden descriptions.

Difficulty clears
Visible entries include completing the game on Story or higher and Normal or higher. Verify higher thresholds against your platform’s live list before committing a run.

Cleanup strategy
After the first campaign, compare the live platform list with what remains. Use a new campaign for incompatible settings; Permadeath and Beskar cannot be changed mid-save.
